1) Cancellation policy

Tuteome owned by Tuteome Private Limited provides a flexible cancellation policy. If a student wishes to cancel their enrollment, the policy can be applied; however, no refund will be made for classes already provided. If a course is cancelled by Tuteome, a full refund will be issued. For refund requests, please contact support@tuteome.in.

2) Privacy policy

All the personal information collected from the user will be strictly used under the privacy policy of the company. The company ensures that it won't be used for any manipulation or malpractice in any way. Also, users should make sure that the person responsible for sharing personal information should be more than 18 years old

3) Payment mode

Payments can be made through cash, net banking, Paytm, UPI, etc. No EMI facility is supported

4) Reporting misconduct (employees and students)

Anyone working in the organisation or anyone using the service of this organisation who feels any offensive, violent, or sexually inappropriate behaviour can report the same to the internal complaints committee. If any issue is reported within the class, complaint will be immediately handed over to the committee, followed by disciplinary action (either teacher will be replaced in the class or the class will be rescheduled) You can use the help of secret team through mail or phone to report misconduct If complaint is against an employee, an inquiry will be initiated. Warning depends on intensity of issues,termination,temporary stop for classes If complaint is against a student informing parents will be informed,a new teacher is assigned,and provided with a motivation class

5) Type of service provided

Providing language sessions to improve the reading, writing, and speaking skills of students who are residing abroad.Sessions will be conducted online by experienced teachers using a personalized curriculum. Classes are conducted through sensory play. Students need to select courses according to their needs, and sessions will be scheduled accordingly. 2 sessions or more will be provided in a week.

6) Feedback

All users are welcome to provide suggestions to improve Tuteome's services. All feedback becomes the exclusive property of Tuteome and will be documented via support@tuteome.in or WhatsApp.

7) Copyright

All materials and curriculum provided by Tuteome are protected by copyright and should not be used for personal purposes or external distribution.

8) Referral policy

Anyone who takes part in the ambassador program will be considered equally

9) Customer care

A dedicated team will be working on all parent queries,teacher queries,class scheduling, and class cancellations. Everyone should connect with customer care to avail these services. No direct communication between parents and teachers is promoted in any ways

10) Teacher care team

All teacher queries regarding aspects other than classes will be handled by this team. Any teacher needs to raise a ticket for reporting the same and the query will be solved as soon as possible.
