Please be advised that all payments made to Tuteome for our courses and services are non-refundable. This policy applies to all payment structures, including advance payments for blocks of 10 classes, regardless of the reason for withdrawal or non-attendance.

By enrolling in a Tuteome course and making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. We encourage all prospective students and parents to utilize our free demo class offer to fully understand our teaching methodology, interactive learning environment, and curriculum before committing to a paid enrollment. The free demo class can be conducted on your preferred platform (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet).
